Our hikes around the Riad. With or without a guide.
We are here to help you or find you a good guide to the fare.
The waterfalls of 110 M and the Magots monkeys.
Hiking loop about 2h. Easy and at the foot of the Riad.
Descent to the waterfalls by a staircase with small terraces full of cafes and shops, crossing the Oued and up through the olive trees. Visit the mills in action and return to the Riad.
The sources.
Hiking loop 3h walk, roundtrip on medium difficulty trails.
Initially, crossing the small typical Ouzoud market, stroll along the banks of the Oued through wheat and barley crops (which grow on fertile lands bathed by periodic floods). Small stop at the sources of the Oued from a water table, fed by rainwater and melting snow Atlas. Then return by the path of the mules to the water tower.
The medieval village of Tangh-Melt.
We advise you to take a guide (about 20 to 30 €).
Hiking loop from 3 am to 5 am walk following the round trip option on paths not always easy. Visit the wonderful Berber village of Tangh-Melt with traditional architecture. Swimming possible between May and October depending on the temperatures. Picnic in the shade of olive trees. Return by the wadi to the waterfalls.
Gorges and caves.
Hiking gorges from 2 to 3 pm, average difficulty with a harder passage.
Through the impressive olive grove of Ouzoud, multi-centenary, fed by an ingenious irrigation system, used and maintained from generation to generation.
Descent to the feet of the waterfalls, crossing the Wadi and climbing through the olive trees. Visit mills still in action and return to the Riad.
